Senior Pastor Mark Johnson

Pastor Mark Johnson accepted a call to the Dalton Free Lutheran Parish in 2006 after serving as Dean of Students of the Association Free Lutheran Bible School in Plymouth, MN.  He came to serve as the Associate Pastor alongside then Senior Pastor Steve Carlson.  In 2010, he became the Senior Pastor.  Pastor Wendell Johnson, Mark's father, served the Dalton Parish in the early 70's.  One can find Pastor Mark riding on his steam engine during the annual Threshing Show each September in Dalton.  Pastor Mark desires for each person in the parish and beyond to experience all that God has to offer him or her.  He is married to Sara and has eight children.  

Associate Pastor Brett Boe

Pastor Brett Boe accepted a call to the Dalton Free Lutheran Parish in 2010 after serving his seminary internship in Grafton, ND.  Pastor Brett grew up in Illinois and enjoys cheering for Chicago sports teams much to the dismay of the Vikings and Twins fans.  He has a desire to see each person in the parish and beyond repent, turn to Jesus Christ in faith and grow in grace.  He is married to Theresa and has three children.
